- Property listing submissions: If you submit a property listing, we collect your name, email, contact details, and property information.
- Contact enquiries: Any information you include in messages sent to invest@lombokinvestment.com.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: We use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with the site — pages visited, time spent, referral source, device type, and approximate geographic location.
- Cookies: We use cookies to remember your preferences, maintain login sessions, and measure site performance. See Section 6 for details.
- Log data: Our hosting servers automatically record IP addresses, browser types, and page requests for security and performance monitoring.

- Contact enquiries: Retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
